I take all my photos in color because I don't like the default B/W mode of my D200. I rather use the channel mixer in photoshop to get to B/W. (Or Grayscale in Lightroom if I'm lazy). The silhouette idea also came to my mind, perhaps I should simply accept the fact that I need to push the image a bit more. Will have a look at it tonight! Thanks Gabriel!
