I like how you timed it, his move is very cool. However, I feel that the background is too busy and distracting. I would have personally tried to get him in focus and have a blurred background, to make him stand out. I am very sure that if you would have used a tele lens, zoomed in very far and used a very large aperature (say F4) this shot would have been much more interesting.
