I took this picture near Pokhara, Nepal. The people there are extremely friendly and really did not mind that I was taking pictures of them. This is just one of the few portraits I have from the people there.

I really like the roughness of this guy and it seems like he need a good hairdresser. The shot is very good in the theme of this month. If I have to give some feedback I would say you can work on composition next time to make the portrait more exciting. Thats why I am curious about the other shots you took of them.
